In order to quote a fee, we will need to evaluate the final version of the original text. The final price of the translation will be based on the word or line count of the original text to be translated, the complexity of the text (i.e. the estimated amount of work involved), whether additional editing/proofreading by an expert in the field is required, any necessary formatting work and the number of copies needed (the final two refer mainly to sworn translations). We adhere to the German Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act [Justizvergütungs- und -entschädigungsgesetz] (JVEG) when calculating the fees for specialised legal translations.
